- Service delivery — account registration, cashback accrual and redemption, purchase history tracking.
- Communication — push notifications about bonus accruals, loyalty program updates, and account status changes.
- Marketing communications — informing you about promotions, special offers, and news from our partner stores (Elita, SOKOLOV, Diamant, Roberto Bravo). You may opt out at any time in your account settings or via the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Birthday bonus — applying double cashback on your birthday based on the date you provided.
- Service improvement — analyzing usage statistics to improve the Application.
- Legal obligations — compliance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. Communications and Notifications
We send two types of messages: service notifications (bonus accruals, account changes — mandatory) and marketing communications (promotions and offers — optional). You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
To opt out of marketing communications: go to Settings → Notifications in the Application, click "Unsubscribe" in any of our emails, or contact us directly at the address listed in the Contact section.
5. Data Retention and Security
We retain your data for the duration of your account. Accounts are automatically deleted after 3 years of inactivity. Following account closure, data is retained for up to 24 months to resolve potential disputes and fulfill legal obligations.
Retention periods by category
- Account data — duration of account + up to 24 months after closure.
- Purchase and bonus history — duration of account (retained even if bonus balance is zero).
- Support correspondence — up to 24 months from ticket closure.
- Technical logs — up to 24 months.
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of data transmission over the internet can guarantee absolute security.
6. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data in the following cases:
- Partner stores (Elita, SOKOLOV, Diamant, Roberto Bravo) — to accrue and verify bonuses for your purchases.
- Technical service providers — hosting, analytics, and Application support.
- Government authorities — when required by law.
- Business reorganization — in the event of a merger or sale of the company, with prior notice to you.

8. Children's Privacy

9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account via Settings → Account → Delete Account in the Application, or by writing to us at our contact address. Upon deletion, all accumulated bonuses are cancelled and cannot be restored.
Accounts are also automatically deleted after 3 years of inactivity.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via push notification or email before the changes take effect. The current version is always available via the permanent link in the Application.
